Tata Motors — non receipt of NOC

I have made full payment of Car loan in May 2011 for my Indica Xeta Car of Model 2006 (car N0. DL4CU 7354 of Chesis No.600208CTZP52496, Engine No.475S149CTZP45852. Till date I have not received my NOC for the same, as I have decided to sell my car and change the owner. Please do the needfull to issue the required NOC at the earliest please.
