[Resolved] Tata Motors — Harassment

I think I have done a big mistake by purchasing Tata’s 1616 tippers when there are plenty new models available in the market today. Every time I call the dealer for genuine spares I simply get an answer saying that the spares are unavailable since it’s a new model. I have 20 such tippers. Can somebody help me please.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I Prateek wadhwa bought a Tata Venture from Shree Vasu Motors, Meerut 2 months ago. First of all Your Dealer sold us Tata venture by giving wrong information that it gives an average of 24Km per litre. Secondly this vehicle broke down twice &amp; sent to the Service centre with no solution &amp; action taken by your experts.

Today third time your vehicle broke down near Meerut &amp; experts demanded Rs. 200 for their expense then we told them we will complain at the head office as its a new vehicle &amp; it is in Guarantee so they agreed . later on after the problem being solved they again demanded Rs.200 &amp; said if you will give us Rs. 200 then only we will give you the vehicle today otherwise you have to come tomorrow to collect your vehicle.

We are going to Consumer Court for Mental Harrasment done by your staff.
