I purchased my Tata Indigo Manza from Rama Motors, Okhla, New Delhi on 6th Nov.'09. I noticed that audio switches on steering wheel were not working the very next day. I called the showroom and lodged the complaint. I was assured that the problem will be rectifies soon. I have called them many times and taken the vehicle 3-4 times to their workshop. Workshop Manager told me that he has already spoken to Tata Motors about the problem and assured me to get the steering wheel replaced. Rama Motors is claiming that they have already placed the order to Tata Motors for new steering wheel but till now (17th March) they have not received the part. I categorically told the problem to Tata Motors representative from Pune, who called me twice to get the feedback about the vehicle. I also asked the service Supervisor of Rama Motors to note the problem in the job card whenever I took the vehicle to workshop for servicing or repair.
Can someone please suggest me the best way to deal in such a situation? Was this information helpful? |
