[Resolved]  TATA MOTORS/ INDIGO MANZA — MECHANICAL DEFECT

I booked a INDIGO MANZA car in month of December and after one and a half month of waiting I could finally lay my hands on the car on 31st January'2010. Now after 10days 10th January'2010, the car while driving got so much heated that the smoke started coming out the car. On stopping the car immediately I found the car had all amoke inside the bonnet and coolant was leaking from and the car. on the closer scrutiny I found the whole of the coolant had leaked. i donot know what caused the over heating and finally the car had to be towed to work shop. Now in evening after much pressing and putting the pressure on the dealer M/s Techno Automobiles Dwarka they have confirmed that radiator of the car was faulty and need a replacement. I wonder what kind of technologgy/product is being used in manfacturing this car.

My concern is that why should customer be taken for a ride for such sub standard product when he has spent his money to buy a product his which as per the advertisement is world class. Now when I have asked for a replacement of this faulty car. The dealer refuses to do so and is only ready to replace the part. But does that mean that if tomorrow some other part becomes faulty and he will keep on changing and removing the original factory parts.

Is it not the moral responsibilty of the manufacturere to recall the car and have a close scrutiny. As has been done by the World Leeader Honda for their JAZZ cars when they knew about the mechanical fault.

Can some one please help me fight this case so that i may be spared of this mental agony which I am going through within 10days of the purchase. Who cares about my family who was travelling with me had this incident turned ugly if not detected in time. We need to reaaly act. Could some body advise how to go about it.

I booked a manza with the same dealer Techno Auto Dwarka. after 2 months they are neither giving the car, nor any date when the car will be delivered .
Really fed up with the attitude of the dealer .

Now i only want my advance money back with due interest and a regret letter from the dealer stating unavailability of the vehicle with them ...

I any case if a part is damaged it comes under warranty due to which the spare part is only replaced which is faulty. Don't worry as it will not detoriate the driving comfort, as some unlucky people face this with each and every product.If repairing is not done up to mark you can mark a note to tata motors and if not possible then to consumer court.

TATA MOTORS/ INDIGO MANZA — they gave me defected piece

i have purchased tata manza
registration nmbr is-Pb11ar-4777

i have seen many problems from the day i purchased this car

problems i have faced are :-

--its bushes are changed upto 8 times till now
--here is some problem in shockers nd ur dealer(hemant goyal motors patiala) has changed it with the vista shockers at present their are vista shockers in my manza
--because of shockers the front 2 tyres are finished
and
--the break leathers are changed in just 15000 kms
--plz tell me what i do for shockers now
-- without any accident i am driving car on road its water body breakes automatically
--engine fan nd ac fan stopped working thats why car's temperature is always high
--here is clutch problem which the mechanic tolds me to change whole clutch pannel

plz tell me sir what may i do.

plz give me solution
