[Resolved] Tata Motors — Complain for the problem of car

I have a car Tata Indica Vista (Registration no.- UP78BY5263) which i had purchased in 2010 from sai motors, Kanpur
The joints of the dash board of my car have got loosed up and i think that is manufacturing problem. I had complaint against this
at your authorised service centre society motors, Kanpur. But they are not take my complaint seriously.
