[Resolved]  Tata Motors — Non receipt of TDS Certificate

I am Ajit Doshi. My Car # is MH 01 AL 4236. I had purchased this car in September 2009 & at that time 'Nine Days Nine Cars' contest was going on & luckily I had cost of the car reimbursed in that contest. For that I had to pay TDS of approx. 1,11,000/- which I duly paid to Wasan Motors, Marine Lines Branch. The Pay order was drawn in the name of Tata Motors. Since then, I am following up for the TDS certificate so that I can file my IT returns. I had called various people in Tata Motors as well as Wasan Motors, but till date I have not recd. the TDS certificate. Even the car has so many defects that even after 3 services, the problems are still persisting. I did not expect such disgusting product & service from a trusted company like Tata Motors.
