I WANTED TO GET TO YOUR NOTICE THAT AFTER PURCHASING A NEW CAR FROM TATA MOTORS I WAS OFFERED 4 FREE SERVICES , BUT WHEN I WENT FOR FIRST FREE SERVICE AND GAVE MY CAR TO WASAN MOTORS PVT LTD. IN DEONAR WORKSHOP THEY CHARGED ME RS 360.00 SAYING THAT THERE IS A MINIMUM CHARGES OF RS 100.00 KNOWN AS SCHEDULE SERVICE CHARGE TAKEN FROM ALL THE CUSTOMERS AND SOME 260.00 EXTRA WAS CHARGED SAYING THAT THEY HAVE PUT SOME OIL IN THE DOOR LOCK ETC KNOWN AS STANDARD CHECK AS MENTIONED ON THE BILLS DATED 31ST AUGUST 2010 . SAME WHEN I GAVE MY CAR FOR SECOND SERVICE AT THE OFFICIAL TATA CAR REPAIR SHOP AT WORLI ON 7 TH JANUARY 2011 THEY CHECKED THE COMPLETE CAR AND SERVICED IT AND CHARGED ME ZERO FEES IN THE BILL . THIS IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OFFICIAL COMPANY STORE AND DEALERS SERVICE POINT LIKE WASAN MOTORS WHO CHARGE THE CUSTOMERS AFTER ITS MENTIONED "FREE SERVICE " ..
