Tata Motors — provided service till today is worst

As I bought the car Indica Xeta in January 2008 - Tata didn’t deliver the car on time it should be on 27th jan as it’s my child b'day . Dealer Auto point through the money and told me that they will not give me a car after I call upon Tata motors Mumbai they arrange vehicle, after that every time my cars goes there is some additional fault comes in my car every time I had fight that I never experience this fault when I gave the car, one time they took my car's side mirror too. I will discuss the last incidence.

Please do note that we regret to inform you that you provided service till today is worst. Every time my car goes to service we are coming out with red face let me explain you last incidence.
We have call upon no[protected] on dated:[protected] at 6.00 pm and for my car breakdown service, you can check detail on Complain No: 1-[protected]. There wasn’t any response then after for a Month, after a month we have raised our voice and ask about what happening? , The staff wake up from a long sleep and started querying about why not responded the complain at the end they pick my car on dated: 6-5-11 after that again there wasn’t any call from TATA Motors and we made a call again 16-5-11 on toll free no again now they couldn’t trace the car location after 2-3 days exercise they found out my car at Auto Point – Saroli –Surat.

Now one of eng. Mr. Mustaq Call open and told me that car is getting start in one go what is the problem? , As I told him to have a go with test drive, car engine is not getting force and car is not even moving on 10miles speed.
After 3 hours eng. Range me again and told me that sir your car having battery problem that’s why it causing above problem. I was shocked and replied that dear I am also having a electronic store and I know that battery is there for ignition not to run the engine plz check again.
After a couple of hours once again eng. Call me open told me that sir your vehicle is ready to pickup, as I was out of the town so pick the car 3 days late on the date: 21-5-11, Car wasn’t getting switch on, so eng took another battery and did connect with my battery and start the car as I ask him why my car battery is down? As he replied that don’t worries have a go, drive around and it will be charged itself. As I back to my office and left the car, at night as I close my store and tried to start the car it wasn’t getting start, as I call the local eng. He told me that plz call open TATA Motor that battery cells is burnt out. That means the eng, whoever was working on my car did the mess and burn the battery to just keep his word that he was right for the battery problem. Now battery cost is 5000Rs. Who will pay the cost? And most important thing is in this competition era other company are providing far better services.
