Sir, I Mr. IFTEKAR R KAZI, had applied for a change over from RELIANCE ENERGY to TATA POWER on 24/06/2011. I deposited an amount of RS 235/- which has been cleared for the same.On 14/07/2011 I got a massage through SMS that my change over will take place on the above date. No one contacted me on that date and when I checked your site I got my TATA POWER CUSTOMER NO.2195435, and am massage that my change over is completed. When I checked it again after few day I was shocked to read the massage that the change over not possible due to issue at site.When I contacted your helpline number I was unable to get a satisfactory answer and I am sad to say that I was misguided at times.I request you to kindly see to the above matter as urgent.
