i buy a tata safari dicor last year... there is one problem, , , there is noisy sound coming from the doors .. pls give me the solution to this problem ...

i totally agree with him as i have also experienced the similar problem .TATA MOTORS does not give much needed attentio to the customers .MAJ J S RATHORE MOB [protected]
I MAJOR J S RATHORE had purchase tata safari 2.2 and most of the time i have faced problems with the dealers be it MUDGAL MOTORS, HUNDEKARI, RAJSHREE, . YESat the same time i would complement ROSHAN MOTORS Jaipur for a wonder ful job done.now the greviences (TATA MOTORS ARE YOU LISTENING).
I had got my veh serviced at Hundekari motors in July this year.The standard of the service was very poor .
(a) they charged @100.00 rs for a screw to fix the fog lamp.
(b) the AC stopped functioning after the service.
(c) the rear door fitments were left loose
(d) the front suspension bushes were changed.
(e) third free service was wrongly charged as fourth and were not ready to accept the fault.
there after i moved to delhi by road without the AC got the veh again serviced at RAJSHREE MOTORS JAIPUR,
(a) they overhauled the complete suspension system .charged for it
(b) as per the warranty clause it was still under warranty .
(c) the dealer refused to atted to me stopped taking the calls (i had moved to delhi)
Spoke to tata motors helpline many times and spoke to Ms Megha in Mumbai office .But no help.It is NOV now.PLEASE HELOT THE NAMES ALSO.P
