[Resolved] Tata Safari Dicor — Unsatisfactory Servicing and Vehicle handling | |||
Dear Complaint Handler, Greetings! I am one of the user o[censored]r product TATA Safri decor purchased in April 2012. 1. First Service complaint : AC blower adjustment Jaali broken, after feedback they said I have to pay for it extra for replacement. power window front doors not working properly, always issues with closing windows. 2. Second service complaint : Fuel Tank Cover lock not working, feedback they said will rectify in 3rd service, but still same aftre 3rd service as well. power window after even reminders same after second service as well. 3. Third Service complaint : Jaali rectified for AC, power window rectified, this time they have broken locks on the inner panel of locks. Yellow indicator on rite side above meter is always on after 3rd service. Everytime when they ask for feedback, and i repeat the complaint they says it will be rectified in next service. Honestly speaking we dont have such available time to release vehicle for 4-6 hrs again n again for the same purpose. I think I have done a blunder mistake in taking the Vehicle from Jaipur or either from TATA motors. Vehivle Taken from Roshan Motors jaipur Service Centre Roshan Motors (TATA), Malviya Nagar Jaipur. TATA Safari Dicor — Rust formation in new car
Sir we have purchased very recently a Tata safari Dicor (pearl white) car from vst . Now the car back door area is rusting the car is only 1 year old plz look into the issue asap....Regards,
