[Resolved] Tata Sky — Deactivation of services despite paying all the amount

sud ID:-[protected] i am totally not satisfied the type of serrvices while recharging the validity of the channels i have already paid (recharged scratch card )of 500 Rs and have not got the amount credited in my balence from last one week i am suffring terribly as i am geeting warnings that my channels will be terminated this is not called CUSTOMER CARE nor any sort of attention towords the duty....if my problemis not resumed then i will file the case in CONSUMER FORUM ........... I have a TATA SKY, which is deactivated 15 days back. I have reacharged also. But no use.
My subcription id is [protected]. I had called customer care many times. But there is no use.

Please let me know how to reactivate.

i have never faced such an issue but they have provided a lot options to reach to them which will definitely help.. you can either call their customer care or best just go to your account on their website and leave a complaint.. i had done that earlier and got it fixed in no time.. they are efficient that way..
