Below is the email copy that i sent to TATA Customer support on the issue that am facing!!..
It was nice talking to you, but its too late to confirm me that there is no feasibility in my area. I had raised complaint since the day there was no internet outrage i.e from 23-Mar-2013 and i had raised 5 complaints so far, but all the complaints has been closed without any resolution and without any answer.
May I ask you as to why did it take 16 days to reply/confirm me for my complaint saying that there is no internet outrage and here comes the next question if there is no feasibility in my area, then why did your billing team sent me a bill of Rs 1854 for a area where in which there is no internet connection..
So my billing amount should be zero for this month, as i did not have any internet for the whole month and also i had raised "N" number of complaints to the customer support. but today is the day that i came to know that there is no internet connection in my area....
I am happy to surrender the equipment's (1 subscriber station, 1 Power Over Ethernet box), you team can visit any time to collect the equipment.
Appreciate if you could make this happen soon, as TATA Customer Support had made lot of false answer/promised on this issue.
Initially they have confirmed that this issue is because of the under sea cable cut and next they confirmed that technical team is having server outrage in Hyderabad and finally here comes the truth that there is not internet outrage.
The way customer care treated me on this issue made my mental stress and strain.
