Disconnection of Walky line due to false & fake Bill ,non cooperation & non supply of itemized Bill within the specified time period of: Ref.: 1)Tata Docomo No: [protected] 2) Account No.[protected] 3) Tariff Plan ---Plan-349 4) Bill No. [protected] dt.11/08/13,[protected] dt.11/07/13,[protected] Dt11/06/13 5) Request No.[protected] dt.18/08/13 expired on 23/08/13 with out any cause Shown 2nd. Request No.[protected]dt.24/08/13 on the same ground 6) Not receiving complaints by Smt.Anima Dalui- Agent & others ( At 121) on Claiming of excess Bill by charging Internet usage within the discount period. 7) Previous Complaints No.[protected] dt.19.07.13,[protected] dt.29/06/13 Sir, facts: With due honour I lay before you to disconnect my Walky line due to the following 1) I am a senior citizen & customer of Tata tele since about last 10 years. 2) As per my tariff Plan I am eligible to enjoy to total discount on internet usage between 10 Pm to 6 Am 3) During last three months i.e.from June, July & August it is seen that motivatedly, Deliberately being vindictive some period of total discount zone on internet usage is including into the chargeable zone and claiming excess amount in the Bill. 4) In the mount of June & July after my complaints as mentioned above excess claims Was adjusted accordingly. 5) Again in this Month in the Bill Of August same mistake is done i.e some period of Non chargeable zone is included in the chargable zone and not accepting my complaints by Your part? In this circumstances I would request you to disconnect my Walky connection & oblige, Otherwise I would request you to allow me to select other Tariff Plan for Walky & for internet connection there is one scheme on Photon+ of Rs.125 for 1 GB which may please be allotted to me. your customer care agents. 6) Why in every month I am forced to buy Itemized Bill @ Rs.25.00 due to the fault on Trust this will find your favorable consideration.
