[Resolved]  Tata Venture — Defective product

In sept-2012 i bought tata venture and today i am regretting for buying, I bought it from Auto Industries Goa (who are only interested in just selling not interested in servicing and i will term them as BAKWAS). After a week my first complain (clutch heavy) to the in charge who sold the venuture in a crafty way and her name is Ms.Palawi and the answer was it will be okay after a while of driving and after repeated complains no answers as in tata all are deaf 'lame and are used to hear bad words from the customers and after 10 months the clutch is damaged and i had to pay Rs.8650 for the repairs.Another complain was of the fordable chair as it was not locking and till date the problem exists and the answer is no spares, next complain due to faulty front suspension front tyres worn out and tata replaced them and cannot guarantee the same will not happen, next complain the sliding door locks automatically for this they don't have answers and the dirty tricks they use is when a car is taken for a service the ad-visors don't write major complains on the job card because it will go on record. Does anybody has a answer and in Auto Industries Goa no body cares not even for the Indian Consumer Form as i had told them (Mr.Diego-Manager) that i will complain and he told me to do what i can do......................I appeal to all Tata lovers not to buy Venture as we in Goa are facing lots of problems as this product is faulty.....Bad quality.....Bad dealing.....Bad people at Tata's.
