TATA — defective product
Hi,Iam Duraikannu i owned TATA 3118TC in Feb 22 ,2011. from the begining iam having problem with that NO PICKUP it functions like old. SO i took to service to ACT INDIA. they said it fixed no problem returned the vehicle. Gain after 1 week i had the same problem they did the same and its repeating without stop.THE PROBLEM IS NOT FIXED.
IN 7 months i wasted one month time for service itself. ACT INDIA (madhavaram) they dont leason what customer says if i report one problem other than that they are doing unwanted and they charge me which is highly unacceptable , iam paying due 48000/- PM. i wasted 1month for service which is very huge loss for me. even now i have my vehicle in ACT reported to same problem. if there are fixing the problem now iam planning too put consumer case against TATA and ACT India.

tata venture defective product .i bought tata venture may 2011.my first complain clutch heavy but that time change under warraty.and after 10 month the
clutch damaged.now dealer not change clutch under warranty.so i feel thise product fail and bakbas bad quality bad dealing ...
in thise time my tata venture car in gerege for clutch demage.

TATA — useless service, defective product
I AM USING A TATA INDICA XETA CAR THATS AN USE LESS CAR I HAVE TO GIVE IT FOR SERVICING ATLEAST FOR TWO DAYS EVERY WEEK THEY PEOPLE STOP MAKING MY JOB CARDS BECAUSE THEY WANT TO SUBMIT LESS COMPLAINTS TO THE COMPANY.THE DEALERS ARE TAYL INDIA MOTORS LIMITED FARIDABAD. EVERY THING IS USELESS THEY PEOPLE ARE GIVING TEST RIDE TO OTHER PEOPLE ON MY CAR WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.I JST WANT TO SAY ONE THING ONLY PLZ NEVER PURCHASE TATA PRODUCT I[censored] WANT TO SUFFER BY GOING TO THE SHOWROOMS THEN ITS YOUR CHOICE. USE LESS DEALERSHIPS USE LESS PRODUCT USE LESS SERVICES AND THE LOGO IS (WE CARE).BUT ACCORDING TO ME THE LOGO SHOULD BE WE DONT CARE..
