[Resolved]  Tata Venture — Do Not Buy This Van!!!

1) Bad Windshield
2) Bad Traction
3) Bad Clutch
4) Noisy Brakes
5) Loud Air-conditioning
6) Van over heats with both ac units on
7) Axle or something under the rear & front of the van makes too much of a clanging noise on a slightly uneven road.
8) Sliding windows are sometimes un-operable
9) Central locking does not work
10) Driver side tyres wear off quick.
11) Terribly balanced vehicle
12) Dealership promised floor mats & mud flaps that were never delivered
13) VERY INCOMPETENT STAFF
14) VERY INCOMPETENT SALES STAFF
15) VERY INCOMPETENT SALES PERSON ( Ashutosh ) WHO IN TURN PURCHASED A NEW SWIFT AS HE KNOWS HIS COMPANY IS TOTALLY INCOMPETENT.
16) Passenger side window slides down crooked
17) Clutch cable loosens frequently.
18) Rear windshield wiper does not work right
My Van has around 25 gate pass vouchers at the Porvorim, Goa service center in the past 13 months, out of which 7-10 were in the first 2 months of delivery of the brand new vehicle.
My Van has spent more time at the service center than my home, i definitely do not blame my van, it's the TATA company thats INCOMPETENT who creates a bad product & puts it up for sale thus TRAUMATIZING the consumer who eventually loses his hard earned money. I THINK THIS IS THE MOST LEGITIMATE PONZI SCHEME RUN BY THE TATA's.
