this is manu p mammen , at 2011 sept 29 i bought a tata vista vx from your concorde ernakulam dealeship, my car got an accident on 03rd oct 2011 and it moved to concorde workshop at the same day.. today is 21 november 2011 my car still in your workshop and work shop manager says he is still waiting for the parts... i dont know what the hell ius going on there, anyway i know i didint bought an imported car to wait parts from germany or japan..
