Hi,
I have a Tata Indica Vista which i had bought in 2009. Since then after having registered my mob no. of 5years they still don't have the details updated.At the time of purchase of car the sale executives set very high standards for them but the moment u buy their car u fall into a trap. Their service is so bad that the promised services which is of four times gets wasted because of the carelessness and ignorance of their follow up teams, and it just doesn't stops there , the moment customer pin points at their mistakes then their very misbehaved executives will belittle us and harass us. Not only that after such tiresome juggle with them the owner pretends to be unaware and untouched by such mistakes on their part. This way I had lost on 1 free service whereby I was blamed for their mistake. It didn't stop there after having them informed beforehand that my insurance needs to be renewed soon and they need to send some exec to collect the premium they simply ignored and slept over it for good and after enquiring about the delay they once again claim to have contacted me which they never did and blamed us stating that my number is not in use whereby i have this no. for last 5 years. This particular dealership has some expert bunch of liars and the owner is equally irresponsible and incompetent of all. Their unruly behaviour and bad services are at its epitome. Now they have a new excuse that their previous insurance company ICICI Lombard is no more their part hence such delay in collecting premium. Is it the customer's fault to have taken a car from such a bad dealer and it seems that it's customers responsibility and duty to chase Rama Motors for insurance premium payment as if Rama Motors have no role to play but just sell cars.From the receptionist to the execs and their owner all have a very unpleasant tone and unwillingness to work towards customer satisfaction which is very evident by their countenance and high handed behaviour. I am a big fan of Tata but such crooks are spoiling Tata's image.
Please take immediate action or i have to think of a different discourse.

tata vista — Bad Tyres

Good year Tyre that comes with Vista had bursted on road in Bangalore within 40 days of buying the car and the car was run only for 700 km in Bangalore city alone (with good road). I reached Tyre company they denied for replacing nor even providing any percentage of compensation. It is very bad expericene with Good year Tyres. I will never go for it any time in my life and wish to share this experience so that I would be the last victim of Good year Tyres.

tata vista — False Commitment by yours salesperson

Respected Sir,

I want to buy a new Vista ACQA on 20-May 2010 form
"Automobile Sterling" Noida,One of sales person named "Mohit Jaswal" meet me there and offer me a discount of lucrative 20000 for a 2009 Dec model Vista Acqa model.I asked him again and again for the for the model but all the time he told me this is December 2009 model.When I reached there to buy the car,one of my friend check the VIN number and we find out that the car was manufactured in FEB 2009 (VIN : 611421BQZP17046)but the sales person communicate me that the car is of Dec 2009.It drops my faith on TATA motors sales person.

My suggestion for TATA motors :

Please don't make stupid of yours customer.IF yours sales person told me truth then definitely today i join TATA family but false statement are not acceptable.False statement just loose faith of the customers and somehow indirectly the reputation of the Company.

I have purchased TATA VistaTDI on dated[protected] though MR.Shivakar sales man of GOLDRUSH SALES LMT LUCKNOW. I have clear all amount i.e. cost of vehicle & others. But he is not issuing any documents regarding purchase of vehicle except service book. I have many times request for the same.But he is not taking seriously.
therefore you are requested to do needful.Otherwise I will unable to
registered the vehicle to RTO Office wellinton i.e.without penalty.

this is manu p mammen, at 2011 sept 29 i bought a tata vista vx from your concorde ernakulam dealeship, my car got an accident on 03rd oct 2011 and it moved to concorde workshop at the same day.. today is 21 november 2011 my car still in your workshop and work shop manager says he is still waiting for the parts... i dont know what the hell ius going on there, anyway i know i didint bought an imported car to wait parts from germany or japan..
