[Resolved] Tata Voltas — No post-sales services for the under warrant product | |||
I had purchased a Voltas Gold (1.5 t window) air conditioner 8 months back for which I had made my initial complaint on the Sep 8, 2012 at the company's customer service number. The complaint was relating to water leakage from thee Ac's front pannel. I was issued a compliant number 12SP0801905, and it was communicated that someone from the technical side / technician will contact as early as possible. I was not given any definite time. Since Sep 8,2012, I have been following up with the company, called severally at their call centre, even have filled the complaint form but there has been no resolution yet. Today, Sep 15the 2012, I was again assured by the customer services (Mr. Shailender) that a technician will visit before 1900 hrs but it doesn't seem true as when i again called it was communicated that i should wait for another day for the resolution.
