[Resolved] Tata Voltas — voltas split ac service | |||
Sir I was purchased a Tata Voltas split ac on 27/05/13 and when get installed there was no remote and user mannual found in ac box. when i complained to tata conpany they replied contact to dealer where product purchased. when i contacted to dealer they provide a remote of diffrent model but that remote was not worked fro that day till today i am suffering this problem. they are not providing same model remote and company person are also not visiting my site. sandeep 15/06/2013 Was this information helpful? | |||

Hello,I registered service request under AMC on 20th May 2011 and was given a reference code with a promise of response within 24 hrs. Filed a request on 20th May, and then follow ups on 7,9,10 & 13 June. Yet no response!

Dear sirI had purchased split a/c vide bill no 7436 dtd 24/03/2011 In the name
of Kuka Photo Studio As A cash payment thru dua electronics street no
10,Main Road New Madhopuri Ludhiana 141008 As per particulars 1pcs
airlandian voltas Model- vertis Elite Chessi no[protected].50 ton
split.After purchases i contiues call him to give me fitting but he
repeatedly says tht there is some pblm in Installing and you can get
installed from outsider and then i call person who was known by the
dealer and he told me to get installed by some one whom he knows But
from very first day there was some cooling pblm in tht and the person
who istalled the same said tht the Ac given by dua electronics was not
proper but when i call Dua electronics refuses to attend me properly
and after some harrasment i call and the complaint no i recieved from
ur local ludhiana office was 3125 dated 27/03/2011 and they also dont
attend me and after tht i call on head office whose complaint no is
11mr2902809.so know let me know wht to do or may i get continues
harrasment from An MNC Company ie TATA Company.
