[Resolved]  tatacard — Poor Service

Hi, I am being harassed by Tata cards due to their poor service.
I had blocked the card due to some unknown transactions in my account in march 2012.

Since then i have been trying to pay but my online account was blocked.
Then these people told me once i get my new card, my accounts wuld be enabled and i will be able to see my details online.

They did not send the card even after repeated reminders. Till date i dont have the card. I was annoyed and asked them to end the service.
These people did not register my correct email address properly and i haven't received any statement on my mail.

And they take a week to respond to queries, they call at odd times.

All i requested was to mail me the statement so that i can verify and make the payment. This request was also did not processed.
I had to send reminders to get the statement.
They did not send me the statement before and they charged me heavy amount of interest and late fee.

They told that they would collect the minimum due amount from me as i did not have the statement.
They that they are going to charge me for this too. A person collected the amount from me.

Now when i saw the statement they have added so many charges. Late fee, pick up charges, interest everything.

And when i told them that i want to discontinue from the service they offered me a lifetime free card,
that also i haven't got since then. Its been near about two or three months i am being harassed by the poor quality of service.

I am a service class person and i dont have time to deal with such issues like this, They have been a pain to me since then.

They have been fooling around like this keeping me in dark and keep on applying several charges to me.

I am so helpless.
