Hi Team
I have been using a tata credit card since a past few years but the problem arised when the card was expired in october 2014.
I changed the delivery address and since then i am trying to get my replacement card. It took more than a year for TATACARD to change my address and deliver the card to me. I have spoken to the customer care and also sent mail to [protected]@tatacard.com but they havent done anything apart from providing me a new timeframe. Also they have commited to charge me an annual fee as there are no spendings on the card.still i am unable to get the
explanation about what exactly happened and have been told to wait for 72 hours which has been passed a long time ago and also if emailed to the support team they have an auto response staing that i will be contacted by their complaints team none of these has unfortunately happened.
Its very unfortunate that such a big company is treating their customer in an
unprofessional way as it is way too tough for a customer to get any right information from the support numbers. I need an explanation as a customer about the delay as it is an ongoing issue with no resolution.
