[Resolved]  TCS — stupid recruitment

this is a stupid recruitment.in our college even some people does not have any talent and communication skills,got selected and for some students they did not conducted hr interview even they got selected for that round.
my friend when she attended for tech round, she was told that she got selected but she was in rejection list.how can they respond like this??this is not fair.students will be very serious about their career.you are not supposed to do like that.
