No Possession of Plot after 6 years

I was allotted a residential plot of 250 Sq Yard in Tdi City Kundli in 2005 and for which I haven't received the possession till date though I have already paid 90% Basic, 100% EDC & the enhanced one too and that also around 4 years back. There isn't a single penny that I am suppose to pay the company except for 10% remaining basic which I am suppose to pay at the time of possession itself.

Though I have got several verbal assurances regarding possession in the past few years however the actual action has yet to be taken by the company as I am still awaiting the possession.

not registering my site in my name applied in 16 -11-1996 receipt no 150 amount 2000 application money with allotment 21-12-1996 receipt no 31 rs 4000 i made all dues and installment development charges and and won a site in the lucky draw dated 14-12-1999. nsagar land developers india private ltd S-11 2ND FLOOR KRISHNA TOWER 3RD MAIN GANDHI NAGAR BANGLORE THEY ARE REFUSING TO REGISTERED MY PLOT IN MY NAME . IHAD CONNECTED ALL THE DIRECTOTR LIKES OF ASHOK DALMIYA . DL DALMIYA PAWAN DALMIYA AND JP DINODIA TILL DATE I HAD NOT BEEN GIVEN ANY REPLY BY SAGAR LAND DEVELOPERS . THERE ARE OTHERS MEMBERS WHO R NOT GETTING THEIN PLOT REGISTERED .
