[Resolved] TDI Infrastructures Ltd — TDI NOT REFUNDING MONEY OF A DEAD CUSTOMER TO LEGAL HEIRS | |
A Residential Flat was booked in the project at TDI CITY at Kundli, Sonepat by my mother Late Mrs. Manorama Kaushik in February, 2006 and paid Rs. 4, 00, 000/- and a Receipt was issued. She also paid Rs. 3, 00, 000/- vide Cheque and a Receipt was issued. In the month of January my mother passed away and I have to apply for Transfer of her documents in my name as her legal heirs which was transferred in my name. I infgormed them through their customer care on phone and they advised me to get transfer the booking documents immediately. As per their advise I applied for transfer and submitted all the necessary documents such as Death certficate, Affidavit, Identity proof of my mother and myself, Copy of PAN Card of mother and myself, No Objection Certificate from other dependents etc. They transfered the documents in my name. Since my mother is no more, I requested TDI Infrastructure Ltd to return the amount paid by my mother but they are not replying. When I visited the Office they verbally told that you will get only 50% amount. I have given three reminders in writing and took acknowledgement. Can any one suggest what should I do now when a Larhe Group of Compnies like TDI Infrastructure Ltd intend to grab mony o a died customer? I have submitted all the leagal documents with them.
