[Resolved]  TDI Infrastructures Ltd — TDI INFRASTRUCTURE LTD - REFUND OF DEPOSITED AMOUNT OF MY MOTHER WHO HAS EXPIRED AS HER LEAGAL HEIRS.

A Residential Flat was booked in the project at TDI CITY at Kundli, Sonepat by my mother Late Mrs. Manorama Kaushik in February, 2006 and paid Rs. 4, 00, 000/- and a Receipt No. 41165 dated 20.02.2006 was issued.

She also paid Rs. 3, 00, 000/- vide Cheque No.188459 drawn on IDBI Bank and a Receipt No.61383 dated 27.02.07 was issued.

In the month of January-2008 my mother passed away and I have to apply for Transfer of her documents in my name as her legal heirs, which was transferred in my name by the TDI after taking all the legal documents and death certificates etc..

Since my mother is no more, I requested TDI Infrastructure Ltd to return the amount paid by her.

I have given three reminders in writing and took acknowledgement but they are not Replaying any thing in writing. .

I also met personally with Mr. Vinay Narain in their G Block, Connaught Place Officeand requested them to return the amount since she is no more but they say that “ We are look into the matter” and only half of the amount paid will be returned

Can any one suggest what should I do now. I have submitted all the leagal documents with them.

Can a large group of Compnies like TDI Infrastructure Ltd/Group of Taneja Builders behave like this and think that they can grab money of dead persons?.

Can I any one suggest how to deal with TDI in this situation.
