[Resolved]  TeamLease India Pvt Ltd — Not issue the experience letter with role & responsibilities

Hi,

I was working with Teamlease Pvt Ltd on contratual basis for their client Alcatel Lucent India in Gurgaon.

After i have been releved from organisation i have requested for the experience letter with my role & responsibilities during that tenure on deputation at Alcatel Lucent India gurgaon.

They had refused to issue the same with the reason they are not aware of my role & responsibility during my tenure. I had contact the Alcatel Lucent and requested them to sahre my role with Team Lease so that they can issue me the same as this required for my future growth.

As request by ALcatel Lucent as well for issue of same they refused to do so.

Im here looking for you intervention to get that letter.

My fee is also in dismal.

I own a placement agency. Recently a cadidate recruited by me.

He has 4 years of experience and he resigned from Path Infotech, India's number 1 IT company.

He worked in Path Infotech less than 6 months and when he is communicating to get the
expereince letter then Path Infotech saying that they can't issue him experience letter as
he left the company in less than 6 months? Is this wise? My candidate has got the oppprtunity and selected
in CMM L5 company through me as I sent his CV to CMM L5 company. Unless he gets the experience letter he can't
join in the new company.


The reason for leaving Path Infotech as per my candidate are as follows...

Path Infotech is not an IT company and opened in double story
building where employee sits idle and get their salaries on behalf of the employee who are working in other companies at client side.


1. Salary is given 7 days late and quarterly incentives is given after 6 months so one can't leave. Neither they give good salary nor
they wish employee to leave from Path Infotech.


2. My candidate took decision to leave because his TDS has not been deposited monthly when he checked at nsdl site.


3. My candidate was promised for PF in offer letter but after joining he found PF is not deducted.


4. My cadidate was not happy as Rs. 100 deducted every month and those who are not working enjoy amount inside and outside the path infotech.


Now the circumstance is bad that path infotech says that they do full and final in 10 weeks.


Can a new company wait for 3 months for full and final statement from India's number 1 company.


Please provide your expert comments as per the situtaion. How a candidate can hire a lawyer to fight? Will he be paid during that period?


Path Infotech says that they have 9 legal hires on board to reply when my candidate said that he will take action.
