[Resolved]  Telebrand — My service Order No is : [protected], I have ordered before "TWO SOFA and TWO TABLE " before 4 weeks of time. Waiting to receive the produ

Before 4 weeks I have ordered for “TWO SOFA and TWO TABLE ” to the following address #35, SBI Colony, near NGO Colony Bus stand, ADAMBAKKAM-Chennai 600088.

On the same day, at the same moment, I have mad the payment for the Product by making use of my Credit Card.

I have received “ONE SOFA and ONE TABLE” through the postal courier of the registration no : B0058157, before 5 days, where in the one SOFA and one TABLE are damaged. And I have not at all received “ONE more Sofa and one more Table”. As the original order which has been given.

Can you please help me to, get back the “One SOFA and One Table” which was to send to me till now and What is the solution for the damaged “One SOFA and ONE TABLE ”, I need the replacement for the same.

Please help me as soon as on this issue.

FYI,

I have called to the Tele-Brand customer care several time and I had a great bad experience with them. They never helped me and many times they had canceled the calls or interrupted the calls.
Even they don’t have proper datas to help me and they cant help me. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Dear Friend,

Please file the case in consumer court. That thing only can help you. When you are filing the case in the consumer court give a paper statement to unite all the customers of telebrand like you.

Take a serious action, otherwise others also loose their valueble money.

I have received “ONE HOME JOGER and ONE SONA BELT” through the Local Lucknow Retailor and one sona belt is not working and damaged.
Can you please help me to, get back the “One SONA BELT” which was to send to me till now and What is the solution for the damaged “One SONA BELT”, I need the replacement for the same.

Please help me as soon as on this issue.
