[Resolved] Telebrands India / Air Lounge — Regular deflation of Air Lounge due to puncture and bursting of seams | |||
I had bought an Air Lounge in December 2010 under order No. is M962809 and the invoice No. is V[protected] dated[protected], 1st month it worked fine then the problems started coming, like; 1) Till date I have patched up 6 punctures either pinholes or cracks all are on the upper side at the seam joint of the seating area.(Manufacturing Defect) 2) Now a new problem the back rest seams are bulging. It feels like what ever was holding them together internally is either broken or torn. It is a pity that after paying more than Rs.7300/- including postal charges, I have been supplied with a defective product. Complaint was registered with customer care, now they are saying product can be repaired or replaced under a very nominal charges, for the same I have to send the product back to them with a covering letter and the invoice copy along with a DD of Rs 395/- in favour of Telebrands India Pvt Ltd payable at Mumbai. Once they receive the defective Air Lounge, they will check the same and if repairable they will repair it and send it across or let me know the replacement charges. i am facing the same problem with the air lounge telebrands. i had sent it a month back but after calling umpteen times and speaking to one ms swapnila, it is yet to be returned. the officers are hiding behind e-mail complaints only and no telephone numbers are provided even if you ask them that you would speak to a superior.
