[Resolved]  Telebuy — parcel not yet delivered

I AM FROM CHENNAI I BOUGHT ONE ILLUSION HAIR FIBRE BOTTLE POWDER.I AM TOTALY UNHAPPY FOR THAT PRODUCT & CUSTOMER SERVICE. ACTUALY PROBLEM is THAT BOTTLE NIPPLE IS UNFITTED FOR THAT BOTTLE, WHEN I USED FIRST TIME THAT TOTAL POWDER FALL DOWN ON MY HEAD.SO TOTALY WASTE.I REQUESTED TO COMPANY TO REPLACE THAT ILLUSION BOTTLE, BUT THEY DID NOT REPLACE THAT BOTTLE & THEY WILL NOT RESPOND ME.

SO I REQUEST TO YOU, PLEASE TAKE SEVERE ACTION TO TELEBUY.
