The Mobile Store — complaint about the service and offers

Hi,

Complaint on one of your products bought by me. Please find the same below:
I bought a new touchscreen mobile from mobile store about a week back.
For that they offered me a bluetooth set and its not working. Even after charging for over a day, it does not even switch on. After complaining on the with storekeeper i was offered a different one for a change and even thats not working. When i approached for the second time, i was asked to come the next week since theres not stock available in that category as stated by the storekeeper. I have been going to the shop for the past two weeks, which has already eaten a lot of my time. I dont want to further waste my time. I want to state it out that because of the offer only, i came to your store for buying the same.
Otherwise i would have bought any where else. Though the cost of the product is only 1000 rs., the real concern being neither the quality nor the customer service is NOT AT ALL good in your store.
Hence i am totally dissatisfied because of the same.

Orchids memory card — Providing the OLD product @ the cost of New One - Cheating

Sir/ Madam,
I need to complain against Arihant Info-Tech based at - 3,Biplabi Anukul Chandra Street, Below Shabir Hotel, Kolkata - 700072. I purchased a 256 SDR RAM and it has 1 year warrenty period. 3 months after the memory card had a problem and complained the same to the shop owner. He said that it needs to be repaired and refused to give me a backup memory. Next 4 months i faced problem in my work and he was not sure also when he is going to give back the memory card after repair. He said when the company exchanges, then only he can return. Is it the customers who deal with their business partners. Its their head ach, i have spend my money and want the best thing.

Please help me ASAP.

Yes, Mobile store shahibaug, Ahmedabad too assured me while purchasing of sim card that I will be get balance but after so many repeated request, still I have not received the balance in my mobile. This shows the Mobile store cheats the customer and all customer have to take care before dealling with Mobile Store
