The Mobile Store — complain

i have given my lumia 800 for repairment which had some minor issue ( phone software had crash). The phone was brought from the same mobile store( i.e mobilestore rcity mall, gathkhopar) to which i have given for repairment and the phone is still under warranty given by the mobile store . They told me that it will take maximum20 days for the repairment but its now more 20 days and i havent recieve any feedback from the company regarding it. The give on telling me the same story that the will be arrive in next 2 days or so and i feel so cheated. So , i therefore request you to kindly take necessary action ..
