The Mobile Store — EMI not converted and issue not solved | |||
I have purchased Blackberry 9220, black worth Rs. 9500 from www.themobilestore.in, on 1st may 2013 and i have ordered it on 12 months EMI based. Issue i am facing is, because of some problem in between The Mobile Store & Credit Card Company(SBI), amount of mobile has not converted into EMI from their side. On june 5th 2013 I found that bank has debited Rs 10,546.00 from my account and payment was not converted to EMI. I called to The Mobile Store Customer Care on for help to convert that amount into EMI, they give me. complaint number - Msco10017330. And told me that I will receive a call from there side (The Mobile Store) regarding this EMI issue within 2-3 days.. But I have not receive any single call till yet but a email - saying "the complaint was escalated to concern team and we have received a confirmation that, We request you to pay the first EMI only and whatever interest charges you are getting charged we will reimburse the same, if EMI is not been converted before the billing date of yours." I am following regarding same complaint from last 40 days, and no solution from their (The Mobile Store) side. So kindly help me out for this issue.
