The Oriental Insurance Co India Ltd. Dear Sir / Madam, The Claim submitted on 16th Nov'11 and Claim No. 30000580, claim of Mrs Arati Bhattacharyya - Insurance Policy No.311500/48/2012/3961, Claim Amount Rs. 35,680 has not been received yet. I have followed it up with E-meditek where they are saying it is discrepant stating reasons which are not valid. All the papers required were submitted along with the Policy issuance scan.. Dear Sir / Madam,

The Claim submitted on 16th Nov'11 and Claim No. 30000580, claim of Mrs Arati Bhattacharyya - Insurance Policy No.311500/48/2012/3961, Claim Amount Rs. 35,680 has not been received yet.

I have followed it up with E-meditek where they are saying it is discrepant stating reasons which are not valid. All the papers required were submitted along with the Policy issuance scanned copies still I am not getting any reply from the Company.

I dont know what to do now with such kind of a harassment.
