Form 19 & Form No. 10 C for withdrawal of Provident Fund & Pension Fund has been submitted to Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, No. 3-4-763, Barkatpura Chaman, Hyderabad-500027 on 17th December, 2008 but P.F. Office are forwarded to the ex-employer on 25/03/2009 for want of certain clarifications and documents as per information received from P.F. Office through Action Status vide Public Grievance Registration No. CEPFO/E/2009/07198 dated 12/06/2009 and advised me to contract ex-employer for early resubmission of the above Forms. The ex-employer, Roadstar (India) Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., H-No. 1-90/A, Plot No. 20 & 21, R.B.I. Colony, Madhapur, Hyderabad-500081, has already been resubmitted the above mentioned Forms on 5th October, 2009 duly acknowledged by P.F. Office, Hyderabad but till date my P.F. Claim is not settled. I am attaching acknowledgement of resubmission of above mentioned Forms & Action Status by EPFO
