It's regarding order #3147, i ordered one flower and one cake. Surpriser surprised me by just sending one cake and no flowers. the cost of the flower was 500 rs and for cake also was 500. Upon contacting and following them up, they said that as the flowers were not available so they delivered a bigger cake and they wont make any refund. What a service? Do you think it's ethical to make the changes in order without contacting the customer and without having consent from him. I must say, Very pathetic service....i can share whole communication if someone needs.
