THILLAIGAS KUMBAKONAM — GAS CYLINDER NOT RECEIVED
SINCE AM A Mr.L.MANICKEM AND CONSUMER NO : 12345 AM A MORE THAN A YEAR of Thillai Gas customer & AM A BUSINESS MAN LOCATED AT CHEENAI FOR TEMPORAILLY, MY BROTHER WILL BE TAKING CARE OF Gas Receiving & Booking status. He’s also Branch Manager of reputed concern. Since WE ARE FACING LOT OF PROBLEMS FROM THIS SUPPLIER TO DELIVERY GAS ON TIME. NOT ONLY ME. ALL THE CUSTOMERS ALWAYS IN THILLAI GAS AGENCY OFFICE FIGHTING & SOUGHTING INSIDE EVERYDAY THIS IS ROUTINE PROBLEM IN THEIR'S OFFICE. IF WE CALL NO BODY WILL PICK PHONE FOR BOOKING OR ENQUIRY. Last 2 month back we were booked a Gas booking from Thillai gas kumbakonam.morethen 30 days not received the same. While we enquiry with gas centre, they said door closed and irresponsible word. As they said day my brother marriage, whole the week were in home/. After Continuous fighting with them we got a Cylinder more then 30 days. Due to this I will preplanned to book the gas on last month 06’Th Dec'2010 on same customer care desk, they are assured on delivered on before 15 days. According this the they give Ref NO: 262677, Again I will confirm with them please provide the same correct Day without any fighting and shouting with your end.But till date not yet received a single cylinder from them. We keep 2 empty cylinders on my home. Most of the time, their suppliers are sold the cylinder on illegally. The agent a known this kind of activities. Aswellas More then 5 times my brother had visited their office, they badly responding very casually and replied irresponsible words. The customer care desk replied to us, will ask the status to get it, they simply replied us to surrender the booking or cancelled. Not only Customer care and their Branch in charge are also taking very roudly.
Today { 10.01.2011} my brother got a hectic and bad experience with them, till the day I will not get the cylinder, so my brother directly meet MD, he also behaving argent and way of approaches was bad. He’s never heard my words and customer compliances. His acceptances for his staff words and not consider customer words and situation. He doing violent. Without my knowledge and permission he blocked my booking and he’s not ready to recovery the problem and not moving politely. My brother getting bad things and got an Mental Agony and he really Upset, Disappointed of their behaviors.
As a Consumer we need to get proper solution against to them. We should to do Necessary step & right decision and right things for my complaints.
