[Resolved]  Thillai Gas Service / Bharat Gas Distributors - Kumbakonam — DAM WORST SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS

I AM VENKATESH. MORE THAN A YEAR WE ARE FACING LOT OF PROBLEMS FROM THIS SUPPLIER TO DELIVERY GAS ON TIME. NOT ONLY ME. ALL THE CUSTOMERS ALWAYS IN THILLAI GAS AGENCY OFFICE FIGHTING & SOUGHTING INSIDE EVERYDAY THIS IS ROUTINE PROBLEM IN THEIR'S OFFICE. IF WE CALL NO BODY WILL PICK PHONE FOR BOOKING OR ENQUIRY. LAST WEEK I WENT TO COMPLAINT FOR DELIVERY BIG CROWD WAS THERE ALL ARE SOUGHTING MANAGEMENT. THEY BRING ROUDIES TO PULL OUT ALL THE PEOPLES. 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE SAME PROBLEM AND ALL COMPLAINT TO MEDIA SUN NEWS, KAZHAGAR TV, JAYA TV. IT WAS A BIG ISSUE ALL THEY HARTHAL IN THE ROAD SIDE. STILL THEY ARE DOING THE SAME PROBLEM. NO RESPONSE. IF YOU WANT TO TAKE STEP SEND ONE SUPERVISOR A WEEK HOW CUSTOMER'S ARE GETTING PROBLEM FROM DISTRIBUTOR. BETTER AS A CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE AND AFFECTED BY THEM REMOVE AGENCY FROM THEM AND GIVE TO SOMEBODY OTHERWISE THIS WILL BE A BIG ISSUE. OTHER AGENCIES IN KUMBAKONAM ARE DOING NEETLY. IF I BOOK CYLINDER 25 DAYS TO TAKE DELIVERY. THEY ALWAYS TELL TO BOOK DIRECTLY IN THERE'S OFFICE HOW IS POSSIBLE TO BOOKING ALWAYS CUSTOMER MUST GO WITH FAMILY CARD + DIVING LICENCE AND GAS BOOK. THIS IS TO MUCH TROUBLE GIVING TO ALL CUSTOMER'S ARE FEDUP. MENTALLY GIVING TORTURE TO ALL CUSTOMERS. PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION OR CHANGE DISTRIBUTIONS TO OTHER BETTER SUPLLIERS.

WE AS A CUSTOMER'S SAYING ENOUGH IS ENOUGH FROM DISTRIBUTORS. PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION AGAINST THIS DISTRIBUTOR. OTHERWISE AGAIN WE GOTO ALL MEDIA TO EXPOSE.

IF WE WANT ADDITIONAL CYLINDER WE HAVE TO PAY 2800 RS. 1000 RS. MUST BUY RICE OR COOKING OIL FOR BOOKING WHAT IS THIS? THIS IS PUBLICLY THEY ARE SAYING AND DISPLAYING INSIDE THE OFFICE PREMISIS. IS IT DISTRIBUTORS ALLOW TO SELL LIKE THIS TO GAS CUSTOMER'S ARE WHAT? OTHER DISTRIBUTORS NO. ONLY GAS STOVE.

What you are saying above is exacetly currect. That is not THILLAI GAS, THOLLAI gas. They are doing number one dubakur service.
Instead of doing this business better to shutdowm start begging to the pulbic.
we accept this we also facing this problem. please barath gsa notify this

Yes it is exactly true!
The Woresest of all Gas Service! Thillai Gas Customer service is "THE WOREST"
They never worried about customers! It has been a regular problem from them for so many years!
For example:-
Gas cylinder delivered on March- 05 -2011
Gas cylinder rebooked on April- 30 -2011 Booking no: 36846
No cylinder supply till May- 29- 2011 !
No Gas in our house from May- 01- 2011 !
Thillai gas Customer service showed no proper response to my phone call.
Now my question is, wheather they supplied Gas cylinder to customer, booked on/after April-30-2011
(that was my booking date) or not? I STRONGLY RECOMMEND, TO CLOSE THE THILLAI GAS
SERVICE. INSTEAD OF CHANGING THE ADMINISTRATION, BETTER TO CLOSE THE SERVICE
