[Resolved]  KingFisher Red — Ticket Refund after flight cancellation

My flight IT 3171 Pune - Cochin was cancelled on 23 Jan 09. On Mumbai airport I got the voucher number[protected] having remarks - full amnt to b refndd for pnq bom as fgt xcld. It was told within 14 days of travel amount will be credited to the card from which ticket was booked. Today is 10 feb 09 no money is credited. When called to airline call center at[protected] multiple times it was told that they need to get in touch with concerned department and never came back with details. No one know how to calculate the refund because its a through ticket (Pune - Mumbai - Cochin). The coupan that was given on airport clearly says - INR 2680/- per ticket to be refunded. I am not sure what is to be done.

The flight ( Kingfisher Red) had booked from pune upto Madurai ( Via Bangalore ) on 03/12/83 was cancelled two days prior to my trip . I request you to refund the amount at the earliest .My flight details are furnished below for your ready reference .

No of Persons : 2 Adults, 1 Child, 1 Infant .
Amount Total : Rs.20, 222/-.

KingFisher Red — Denied of booking of Airline Tickets against Credit Voucher of Kingfisher Red

My Kingfisher Red Credit Voucher Which they now not accept, I want to book a Trip from Del-Pune onward 14/2/09(IT-3152) & Return on 15/2/09 (IT-2302) FOR 2 PASSENGERS, Named:Mr.Vijay Goyal & Mrs.Parveen Goyal, We have a Credit note Voucher of Kingfisher Red, No:C59PJX of last Canceled flight of 12th july 08, which already canceled with Airline on 4th july, Kingfisher Red issue a Refund Credit Voucher of Rs 8500/-, But at Kingfisher Red call center they denied for this Credit Note of Rs 8500/- to adjust with that new booking, When I cancel that last ticket at their call center they tell me that this Credit voucher is valid up to 6 month from last flight Date which they cancel, Now they say we have count this date from cancellation date.But others Airlines count this Date from Last journey Date which canceled.So now Kingfisher Red Denied of booking of Airline Tickets against Credit Voucher

KingFisher Red — Credit card charges

Please clear my doubt on my credit card charges towards booking on 09/01/09 from ahemadabad to visakhapatnam on 10/01/09.I made this booking through Yatra but my Credit card statement is showing there is three deductions for the same flight two frpm Kingfisher and one from Yatra.Here iam sending my credit card statement and my flight PNR no is DCFCKM(Kingfisher Red) on 10/01/09.So please clear my doubt which one is right payment thank you.

this isnot a complaint.i want u to help me.how to solve my problem.i missed my flight from bangkok to new delhi on 4th june n my ticket from new delhi to srinagar was on 5th june.i june want to change it on 6th june.can u sujest me what to do now.
I have booked ticket through an authorised travel agent Maharani Tours and travels. the flight from Amritsar to Delhi at 0945 on 25 May 09 got cancelled due to technical problems. Now the travel agent Says it will take a minimum of 45 to 60 days to get my money back. Not done.

KingFisher Red — perpetual 11th hour delay of the flight

Hi,

I am Divya Bhatia from Pune and have asevere complaint against the airline Kingfisher Red.

I had booked the same flight in January to travel from Pune-Bangalore-Pune and ahd a family function to attend and ahd to travel back at the earliset back to my work.

Got a call from the customer care of Kingfisher Red that the flight has been delayed by 3hours and no other alternative was provided.

Even after spending all the money I could not attend the function.

I faced the same situation today. Had booked a Kingfisher Red flightI IT3415 From Bangalore to Pune(12th April'10) which was to fly at 1700hrs today and then it got rescheduled to 1820 and now to 1920. Im still not too sure if The flight will deaprt at 1920hrs.

The Custome care representatives are extremely non cooperative and are not ready to give any alternatives, thus ledaing to in convenience.

I have only one line to say that it Kingfisher Red SUCKS!!!!!!UNRELIABLE AIRLINE!!!!

Horrible flight with horrendous services.

Will never fly Kingfisher Red again.

My appeal is JUSTICE!!!!

KingFisher Red — Pathetic, rude customer service. Fooling customers by providing higher flight fare than the actual rate.

I’m really disappointed with the service provided by a customer service representative ( named LATA ) at Tulihal airport, Manipur. I wonder how the HR team recruited this lady as CSR who does not have any quality of being a customer support agent. She is rude, she acts like more than a CEO of the company. No acknowledgement, no support, no help but simply an egoistic .

Yesterday (9th May, 2011), I went to airport to book a ticket from Blore to Imphal for my cousin. Before going to airport, I found that the fare of the said ticket for 30th May was at Rs. 5005 as shown at yatra.com. When I said that I wanted to book a ticket, she seemed to be very unwilling and pushy. She replied that the fare of the ticket is at Rs. 6167 and asked if I wish to book the ticket right away. I was surprised and thought that it was usual for flight fares to increase ( even decrease ) from time to time. Understanding this, I requested her to check the fare for another day. I was uneasy to even ask another question thinking that she will get irritated.
To clear my doubt, I gave a call to my brother and told him to check the fare. He said the fare was at Rs.5005 which was the same with what I saw in the morning. Then I let the lady know about this. She seemed to be irritated and suddenly replied sarcastically “go back and book the ticket at yatra.com”. And then she turned away her face making herself engaged with her colleague.
I was shocked and asked myself why I came here far away when other agents are providing better service and price. I came back and went to one of the cyber cafés and booked the ticket at 5200 ( 200 additional charge for booking at local agent ).
In this scenario, I want to ask why LATA is being paid for. She called herself "a customer support representative" but to the contrary she does not want to assist/support her customer. Instead, she only shows wrong attitude, lack of courtesy and superiority.
How can I ever forget this horrible incident??? Was she trying to fool me or wanted to make money booking tickets for customers higher than the actual fare?? If so, LATA PLEASE CHANGE THE INDUSTRY...........!!!!
I'm done with Kingfisher airline.
