[Resolved]  TICKETDADA.com — Show cancelled but on refund

Hi

I have booked 2 tickets in http://www.ticketdada.com/ on 23rd April 2011 for Mr.Perfect at Manju Theater. The show was cancelled and when i asked the theater manager he told that to contact the ticket dada helpline.When i called them they told it will be refunded directly to my account.But when i again called them they gave me a faked reference ID. Told to contact the CITI Bank(from which i paid online.When i called CITI bank they say that they cant help me as it is a fake id.

When 3rd time i call Ticketdada they have removed the number and removed the option in hyderabd also.I have been cheated.
