[Resolved]  Ticketgenie.in — IPL tickets (got only three tickets in place of six)

Dear Sir

I had purchased IPL 2010 Final tickets to be held at DY Patil Stadium on 25th April. I ordered 6 tickets of value 700 Rs each and selected deleivery by courier as option. It costed me Rs 4260. I got a courier from blue dart but it contained only 3 tickets instead of 6 tickets that i booked. I tried contacting ticketgenie but their customer care is pathetic. They never pick up call. I have read several more complaints like this. Please help and guide me what action can be taken in this regard. This looks like a clear case of fraud.
