Booked IPL tickets for RCB vs PBKS - Didn't receive it

Address:Bangalore

It tried to book two tickets yesterday 13-MAR-2024 for RCB vs PBKS match through the ticketgenie/PayZapp website.

It showed as the transaction was successful and even the money got debited from my account instantly but I haven't received the confirmation of tickets till now.

Please help me get a refund and as far I've checked, they don't seem to have a proper customer care support....

Duplicate charge refund

Emailed the complete details of duplicate charges. No response. Called customer service, she said she will call me back in few hours. No contact. My office called 100’s of times, they don’t answer phone calls.

Are you guys in a business of taking money and not being responsible for it? We pay a booking charge and that entitles the customer a prompt response and better customer service.

I am filing a PIL against...

Refund of Tickets

This is in reference to the booking of four tickets for FIH Hockey 2023 on 27th February from the website. Even though the amount was deducted from my account, I did not receive any confirmation mail.

I sent a mail requesting a refund on 7th March to which you replied that it will take 7 to 10 days for the refund. Today is 27th March and I have still not received any refund.

Money transferred to ticketgenie but tickets not booked

On 15th March I booked 2 tickets for match between RCB VS CSK via phonepe money was debited and tickets were not booked after a day I received message that money is transferred to ticketgenie but I didn't get any mail regarding ticket confirmation..
Can u resolve this issue?...

Money debited but tickets are not booked

On 15th March I tried to book tickets for a match between RCB VS CSK, via phonepe a day later I received a message saying that transaction is successful and money is transferred to ticketgenie but there is no confirmation of tickets booked from ticket genie...
