I have booked online 2 tickets of chennai express from ticketplease.com site. While booking the online ticket i used my debit card, and in response i got the mail from them mentioning that "my transaction could not be processed and my money will refunded to my bank account automatically within 6 hours" But till now money is not been refunded and also the contact number given in the mail for query purpose is not working. The number is [protected]. the whole is e-mail from ticketplease.com is as follows: TicketPlease.com Reference ID : TP10003921 WE ARE SORRY!! BUT YOUR TRANSACTION IS CANCELLED We are sorry that your payment for Chennai Express, BIG Cinemas: Galaxy was not successful due to which the tickets could not be booked. This could be due to a temporary problem. Refund of your transaction will automatically be refunded to your bank account within 7-8 working days Click here to try again. What Next? i booked three tickets from cleartrip and again cancelled a ticket and i didn't get the refund of money
