[Resolved]  Ticketplease.com — no refund of money

I have booked online 2 tickets of chennai express from ticketplease.com site.
While booking the online ticket i used my debit card, and in response i got the mail from them mentioning that "my transaction could not be processed and my money will refunded to my bank account automatically within 6 hours"

But till now money is not been refunded and also the contact number given in the mail for query purpose is not working. The number is [protected].

i booked three tickets from cleartrip and again cancelled a ticket and i didn't get the refund of money
