Poor Service, Poor back-end Support
I had taken this service in the month of Dec 2009 till date i have not got full service. by that what i mean is that right from the beginning the Dialer gave problems in connecting. Later The speed kept dropping ...i had opted for a CB449 package (3Mbps).. when one contacts the customer care they ask u to check the settings at that particular if the network works they consider it as the connection is fine.. but the next time u get a "limited or no connectivity" problem u try contacting the customer care they say they will send an engineer to rectify it...but till date my problem has not been resolved..
Its a request to all the people that plz be carefull before u opt for TIKONA...
