Tikona Broadband (tikona.in) - Poor Service, Poor back-end Support

I had taken this service in the month of Dec 2009 till date i have not got full service. by that what i mean is that right from the beginning the Dialer gave problems in connecting. Later The speed kept dropping ...i had opted for a CB449 package (3Mbps).. when one contacts the customer care they ask u to check the settings at that particular if the network works they consider it as the connection is fine.. but the next time u get a "limited or no connectivity" problem u try contacting the customer care they say they will send an engineer to rectify it...but till date my problem has not been resolved..

Its a request to all the people that plz be carefull before u opt for TIKONA...

tikona broadband service is poor.Our ID no is 1100285408 Chennai. For 35 days network was not available and nearly 15 days past, your technician hasn't came back to do cablefitting. Our house-owner is complaining to remove that modem from the terrace.

I am not satisfy with your technical team in ahmedabad, particularly with mr.vikram whom i contected several times for my complaints but he is not replying me positively, even if i had given several references for your tikona broadband services in vastral earlier but now i think no more co-operation to your company, beacause one of my freind subcribe your services on my reference but he is also not satisfy with tech fos (non co-operative ) he was comitted earlier for nano with c.p.e last month but not not get yet, mr.vikram is giving us false commitment every time when he & i calling him.some times no answer from his mobile now i decide to disconnect my connection also 3-4 more which was refer by me earlier.

hi just now i applied for tikona connection.. but they reacted immediately.. dono how they react if any complints n al.. they should b in same for both connection and rectification reasons. then only the customers wil satisty ..

To the all ppl who r thinking to have a tikona connection.
first u must hv a demo coz d sales prsns makes u fool about d speed they say u smthng & u nvr gt it u nt even bt 1/3rd of it.& 1c the connection is confirmed they not even bother about u...
only getting a connection is their foremost need not the customer's satisfaction...
no hearings of complaints...

so i request all those who r thinking to get connection think more dan 100 times...

Bad service provider - Tikona Broadband

I am an existing customer of tikona broadband. Most of time there connection down. I complained many times. Only receive several complain number. But the problems remain same. No permanent solution they have provided. Always tell it will be resolved. Some time the customer care representative try to convince that it's all your side problem. This is not the first time that i am using broadband. I already had used Airtel, BSNL, TATA. But i can only say tikona is the worst service provider. Every 2nd there is connectivity problem. I am really fed up as a consumer but I already paid.

I had Tikona postpaid Internet connection but the Internet was not working properly. When I talked to the customer care they are not able to short out the problem. They short out the problem when they required bill payment. After two such months I decided to disconnect the net and convey the message to customer care. They disconnected the net immediately and want me to pay the whole month of bill. I have already paid 2 months of full bill that I haven't used. My work was hampered in those two months. Now they are demanding rs.500 of last month payment when I deny to pay this they Added bill to Rs.1700 and now harassing me on phone. How can I file a consumer harassment complain. And how can I avoid the last payment I am not satisfied with the services of Tikona.

I have a problem for the net connection. i am going to shift where there is no coverage of any service provider except Tikona. i am getting some bad word of mouth regarding tikono. so please tell me that should i go with tikona or not???

Service is ok but Company is Fraud. After your Disconnection it also send bill and if you are talk with customer care person they are replying your service is not close on our end. I am not getting if company technician was disconnect my connection then after who is responsible for close service status in company system. It Totally fraud company don;t be-leave on its any commitment.
