Times Of India — refusing to change the name in cheque

Dear sir,

In Times of India has issued a cheque to Mr. Rohan B.R. bearing Ch. No. 505534, 26.11.2010 for Rs. 2700/- From HDFC BANK

So instead of issuing in favour of Rohan B R. They have issued in the name of Rahul B R.

The concerned person is asking cheque in the correct name,
but the person who is working for Times of India
refusing to give Cheque & talking very roughly.

the person who is facing lot of problem since 5months to collect the correct cheque from Times of India Company.
