[Resolved]  Times Of India (Hyderabad) — Not receiving paper

Same is happening with me, those so called [censored]ing area executive and supervisor telling 4m tmrow ull get but it never turned up

I subscribe for 6 month TOI but after hunderd time remainder to office as well local executive as well and local vendor no body respond. I am totally frosted with Times of india service. Finally i came to known that times of india has not giving commission to local vendor for six month subscribe edition papers. So they are not interest for the same reason.

I see that this is a common complaint that TOI stops subscription when someone moves into a new locality.

I subscribed for 6 month TOI in January this year. After moving to Ayappa Society from Secunderabad i asked the office to provide paper to the new address. After 15 days and plenty of reminders to their office as well local executive and local vendor no body has responded to my problem. I too was told that TOI has not made payment to vendor and as such i was not getting my papers. Inspite of repeated complaints i have not got my paper. The way i see it from the previus complaints written here that my money is gone and i wont get my papers.

I also subscribed for the same, my name is Srihari Naidu and I stays at O U Colony and I paid Rs. 180/- for 6 months subscription in the Month of November 2010, till now I didn't get single copy, I got no of calls from Times of India office, but problem not solved.

Yeah, I strongly agree with the complaints.I have been a customer of TOI 6 months program 4 one and half years.I used to get paper regularly except on sundays.I dnt know, y the sales person doesnt drop paper on sunday.I made a complaint to TOI, but they r the real culprits, didint take any action.The same prevailed.
Last week, the sales person came up to me asking for service charge, which I have already paid before.I conveyed the same to him.

To my surprise, that rascal stopped distributing papers to me since that day.

Again, I made another complaint, still waiting 4 them to contact me.

Guys,
I think the Times of India areas sales executive is playing hand in glove game with the local distributer to cheat the customers of Times of India. We should take up the matter with their top management as a group. I am facing the following problem with TOI and their agents.

Times of India & Economic Times (group paper) print on the front page if these papers are bought together, the customer will get 30% discount. but the local distributer is denying this concession and demands full charges for both papers, saying TOI is not giving this discount.

I would like to take up these matters with TOI higher-ups, through email and phone campaigns. I feel group campaign yields better results for all o[censored]s.

I request those who are being cheated by TOI / their agents in Hyderabad, specifically in Madhapur area, to send me an email, contact number, and the issue they are facing. I would like to include their issues as well and take it up with TOI Hyderabad.

2 years subscription offer — not getting service of newspaper

I am Santoshi A. Kamble. I was issued cheque No.044562 dt.04/06/2011 in the Name of HT Media Ltd. I have received the coupons also but till today I am not getting the service from the vendor. I am also trying to call your Executive Mr. Ansari Nawaz From last week but his phone is switched off. I can’t understand when I will get my newspaper regularly. And please send me the name of vender in Dombivli so I can contact him.

Times Of India — not getting copy of TOI

Hi,

There is some issue in receiving newspaper ( TOI) , I had subscribed Times of India on 14th of last month, but I did not get a single copy of newspaper till date, I have called the concerned person a number of times who made it subscribed for me( on number [protected]) ,
but there is no proper response from the other side.
It will be really appreciated i[censored] can look into the matter, hope for an early positive and response.

Times Of India — not receiving newspaper

I have paid for yearly subscription of The Times Of India. I still enjoy the privilege of three and a half month but they stopped giving the Newspaper . I am entitled to receive speaking tree but i have not received a single copy!!!

I opted for offer yesterday via executive after speaking to my current delivery man (As per him he dnt have offer) and hence I stoped my current paper and went with TOI offer for 6 month. Gave 169 as Check and 30 as Cash. Today morning I recieved a call saying that they will not deliver cause my delivery man called them and told something and now he is saying offer not valid in KPHB phase 5. This is really rediculous.

I strongly agree that Times of India is out of times and now people should avoid such scrap newspaper and specially its service i mean it delivery.

I used to get newpaper regularly till I subscribe to the 6 months scheme. After that, TOI local agent is not supplying properly. Even he is receiving call. When I contact him finally, he says, he is not getting money from TOI.When i contacted TOI several times over phone, they say that I would receive from the next day. I doubt what definition TOI have in their dictionary for Next day.

Please dont subscribe for 6 month schemes of TOI.

The same thing also happened to me during my shifting intra-madhapur. It has been alsmost 25 days and still I am not receiving my paper. How to get rid of this guys?

I payed six months subscription for times of India. But now I moved from DD colony, Baghamberpet Hyd, to Bowenpally. Sec-bad, Andhra Pradesh.
