Subscribed for the Paper
I subscribed for one year plan fortnight before. The field persons of your team
(Mr. Ram 9884322321) came last week collected the money and gave us the booklet
(Coupon) and went away without giving the gift. While asking, he said will come tomorrow and give the same. Today I called him and asked he said to call this number (044-24317979) and complain. This number is continuously busy and I am unable to reach you people.
At the beginning, you are lacking on the service part and not keeping in your words.
I am working for a Bank and have recommended buying your edition in our premises. This kind of service at the start doubts me a lot. Hope these small issues will be rectified immediately.
Secondly the newspaper should be delivered daily by 6.30 am. The agents in my surrounding are not that much early as I buy other magazines from them and I have stopped buying now only because of this reason. Hope this defines your job.

my name is Dr Gingu koshy george. I had subscibed to the Times of India, chennai edition when their people came knocking on my door on 20/01/2008. on enquiry i was told that the paper would be delivered to me from febraury 1. to my dismay i found no newspaper at my doorstep on february 1. after repeated calls to a number provided by them i got through to their call centre who informed me that i had been misinformed and that the paper would start only on 14 april, 2008. but even till today dated 22/4/08 i did not receive a copy of the TOI chennai edition.
my order number is 2014833.
i can not believe that such a reputed company like the TOI doesnot have an online complaint email id or even that they would resort to such cheap tactics.

I'm Debashis Sadhu, is the victim of carelessness and totally unprofessional business approach from a newpaper company like Times Of India !! It's a great shock in my life that the person, who has been represented me behalf of TOI, is not bothered to filled the 'Subscription Form' duly or give me call wheather I've been received the 'Monthly Coupon' which is supposed to courier to me as he described. Subscription Fees has been debited from my Account and till date I did not received any coupon. This kind of business attitude is absolutely undesireable.

I have also faced similar problem. I have subcribes TOI for 6 month on 15th may 2008 but till i am not receiving a single news paper..
Times of India giving worst customer service.

I jhave subscribed for one year on march 2008. Its been 2months i have not yet received newspaper till now. I have called customer 50 times. The services is not at all good im very much disappointed .Please necessary action on this issue. They keep on say will send the newspaper next day but they haven't. I have spent nearly 100 rupees for calling customer care itself.

I had paid Rs.299/- towards the subscription. They had informed to me that they will deliver the paper from July 1st onwards.
today is july 5th. till today they didn't delivered . Is it any fraud persons who collected the amount from me. Please confirm

I have placed an order of 1 year subscription in March '08. Till date I haven't received any "GIFT" as committed by the company. I have contacted the helpline provided and when speaking to in-charge Mr. Rahul, he said "we can't issue GIFT and scheme is closed". If there is no delivery and allotment to customer as such and not to be taken place at all, why should the scheme be launched??
This is case of total Negligence and worst customer care.

I have placed an order of 1 yr subscription in August'07.I was regularly receving the paper.But after 1 month the vendor came and asked for the coupon.Then I realised that the executive came to receive money did not gave me the coupons.He gave me only the receipt.After that i was continuously called TOI customer care. They assured me to gave the coupons to the vendor.But till date means after one yr the vendor came to me with 1 yr TOI bills.So now what can i do?i have already pain 299/- to the Executive of TOI.

i am living in Gurgaon Harayana, We soceity members around 100 homes are subscriber of TOI but delivery service is not good and New paper hocker doesnot give service properly.

Fifteen days back I was called by a guy from TOI call center and was told about times of India credit card and it would reach in week. so for I didnt receive any card like that. Let me know whether TOI issuing credit card to its customers or not.

i am a player of roller hockey and a part of indian team i played asian championship as well international events but neither govt. nor our own association provide any help to us. we have to shell out money from our own pocket. coz of this the indian team going on decline as nobody wants to give money and play for india. and association not taking any step to improve the standard of game and minting money only from players. please tell me the procedure i m haviong my complete story of my game and life

Times of India should give the agency to reputed companies and not to goods and roadside
shop vendors to distribute their newspapers .
I have called upteen number of times and I have not recieved the papers, the telephone
is attended by non proffessionals who are always rude and never willing to help. I wonder
whom i can ask for Help as Times of India does not care for its clients I guess.

i already subscribe the times of india with economic times and maharashatra times from last 2 years. the agent has taken earlier 550 Rs. ( 450Rs. for times of india along with maharashtra times and for 100 Rs. for economic times) for sixth months Subscribtion after that in March 08 he told that subscription rates is increased for times of india along with maharashtra times 550 Rs and 200Rs. for economic times for sixth months. I want to know the exact cost for sixth months subscribtion and also annual subscribtion for the Times of india along with Maharashtra times and Economics times

I regret to say that i have got a very poor service from the Marketing Rep's of Times chennai. I might have Called 15 times in last 2 months and the solution to answer is ??????
Every time i call they gave a number which is of no use or person wont answer the call or he will give some excuse every day.

My news paper ageny stopped delivering the paper bcoz he is asking for a Coupon which i suppose to get form times Rep which didn't Happen TILL DATE. Its been now 2 months without the subsrcibtion. Either give the coupon to my news paper Vendor or Please cancell my subsciption & refund my money.
