Timesdeal — Scam of offers

There exists a website providing offers and deals over online.
The website asks you to buy the deal and you get many things for free for less amount.
If you follow the steps, you will be asked to pay a leaner amount and will have no response after that.
No customer care support, no page/mail for them to respond or any media of communication with them.

Hence I would initially suggest not to pay anything for this people. The accumulations are bulk and finally it is becoming a scam.
Can someone from Police department or Web Crime department take care of this issue.
