Timtara.com — wrong product also no refund | |||
order no....10104335 made on 6 Oct 2011 to timtara with 2.1speaker system of Rs1971 and got a radio fm of Rs342 on 17 Oct 2011 so i contacted with customer care but heard that they will place picup order but nothing happened till today so today is 25 of dec but till now Mr Raja from timtara team requested that to dispatch the order by myself and they will refund it with the right product and I also done the same on nov 8 at my cost of Rs250 to return the wrong packet to timtara but they only refunded my amount just Rs1971 but not the the Rs 250.........till now they are not even improving their customer service fraud Mr.Raja Mr.Raja Mr.raja Please every one dont place any orders in TIMTARA.com Was this information helpful? | |||

Timtara — Not getting the ordered product
I ordered a micromax ninja a50 mobile from Timtara. Order no 10257922. I have waited 2 weeks and called them , they told it will be send in 5 days. I waited nearly month i have not got the product yet. They are cheating people's money .Please do something or else they will steal people money and leave.
