I BOOKED AN ORDER ON TIMTARA . COM WEBSITE(ORDER NO[protected] ON 16TH NOV 2012 THEY FAILED TO DELIVER THAT PRODUCT SO I TOLD THEM TO FEFUND MY MONEY BUT TILL DATE THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING FROM PAST ONE MONTH I AM FOLLOWING UP FOR MY REFUND BUT EVERY TIME THEY SAY TO WAIT FOR 48 WORKING HRS. I pay to timtara.Com for sumsung mobile on 30 th june 2012. But they can not delivered in one month 1st august 2012. So I cancel my order by mail on 1st august 2012. But they can not cancel my order by mail so I call customer care on 8th august 2012 and they finally canceled my order but at today’s date 10th september 2012 I can not get my refund. And their is no answer from customer care. My order detail is below
